The Baton Rouge Area Air Quality Index (AQI) Forecast

During the period May 1 through September 30, the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality will provide daily ozone forecasts each morning and reports of measured ozone levels (AQI) each afternoon. This information can be accessed by telephone at (225) 219-3543. A three-day rolling ozone forecast can also be found on the LDEQ website at www.deq.state.la.us/evaluation/ozone/oz_today.asp.
